Hello everyone and thanks for a great welcome to this community. First of all I own a Ford Mondeo MK3 2.0TDCi (115HP) 2004 sedan model. A couple of weeks after I bought my car I noticed that my dashboard warning lights and LEDs (mileage, tripmeter++) and meters backlighting was randomly flickering. Not very often, but kind of random on a 10-20A few days ago both my indicator and hazard lights on my Mondeo mk2 started working only intermittently (with the left side light going before the right side one). Since then, they have stopped working altogether. This affects both the exterior lights themselves and the lights/sound on the dashboard.
32930 posts · Joined 2004. #17 · Mar 2, 2018. It should default to a solid 13.8 with the smart charge unplugged. Fuse F30 (7.5 Amp) if you ever need to disconnect it and not want to unplug. it at the alternator. If it was fluctuating with the smart charge unplugged then the regulator is faulty.
